Our promise
We want you to love your Lashira Cosmetics order. If something is wrong, tell us and we will make it right.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lashiracosmetic@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +92 309 8653516. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Change of mind returns
Because our products are personal care and beauty items, we can only accept change of mind returns for items that are unopened, unused and sealed in their original packaging. Request the return within 7 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns.
Items we cannot take back
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. This includes eyelashes, lash clusters, lash glue and bond, mascara, eyeliner and kajal, lipgloss, foundation, pigments, glitter and eyeshadow. Sale items and items marked as final sale are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Email lashiracosmetic@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason. If approved, we will share the return address and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will tell you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method, or by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa for Cash on Delivery orders. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reach you.
Exchanges
If you would like a different shade or product, contact us before sending anything back and we will guide you.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan.
