How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days for major cities and 4 to 7 business days for other areas after dispatch.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order.

How do I track my order?

We send you a tracking number by email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Can I return an item?

For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty items cannot be returned. Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded when reported within 48 hours. Read our Refund Policy for details.

Are the lashes reusable?

Many of our strip lashes can be worn more than once with gentle care. Remove them carefully, clean off the glue and store them in their case.

How do I apply strip lashes?

Trim to fit if needed, apply a thin line of lash glue along the band, wait 20 to 30 seconds until tacky, then place close to your natural lash line and press gently.
